Oceanfront, duplex cottage is offered as a Single Family Home. Q*2S*Q*Trundle (has 2S), D*Q*2S*Q. There is an interior connecting door between the kitchens. Cottage provides 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 washer/dryers and the ability to close the interior door for additional privacy. Central Air/heat, 2 dishwashers, 2 washer/dryers, 2 microwaves, 4 CCTV's, 2 VCR's, 2 DVD's, WIFI, Cold outside shower, open decks and covered porches with furniture. Protective, vegetated dune limits oceanviews from the living area and deck of the home, but offers privacy on the deck and lower areas of the house. Bedroom level offers nice oceanviews. Linens provided with weekly rentals. Rents Saturday to Saturday. Pet friendly, one small/medium dog with $125 non- refundable fee. No Smoking!
