It's easy! Call our reservationists
and reserve the week and rental property
of your choice. We will send you a confirmation
letter stating the unit/ cottage you rented
and the arrival and departure dates. You
will then send back the signed confirmation
with 50% of the rent due. Remember to send
the 50% before the due date. This will secure
your week. If we do not receive your payment,
you will forfeit your reservation. The final
payment is to be made 30 days prior to arrival.
We will accept personal checks and Visa
or Mastercard for those payments. **If you
are making a last minute reservation and
time is of the essence, we accept only credit
cards (Visa and Mastercard). * (All Reservations
made within 45 days of your arrival date
must be paid in full with a credit card
and we must receive your signed Vacation
Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making
the Reservation). You may either Fax the

Most of our properties have a refundable
security deposit of $300.00 or Guests may
choose to use VRPP - Vacation
Rental Property Protection Plan Membership
Program.
