Each guest has the option of
paying a refundable security deposit of $300.00
or participating in a deposit waiver program called
vacation rental property protection plan membership
program which cost $35.00 and is not refundable,
but does cover the guest up to $3000 of any accidental
damage. This plan may not be available for all
units.
