give to our beach house. We spent Labor Day weekend
at our home in Emerald Isle, and were very happy
with its condition. There have been renters vacationing
there from early June to just prior to our arrival,
yet our house showed no abuse and was immaculately
clean!
In addition, as absentee homeowners,
we are very dependant upon you, as our management
company, to keep us informed of any problems.
You contact us immediately whenever anything (major
or minor) arises. This enables us to be part of

though we live six hours away from EI.
